conversion uplift on WhatsApp journeys we orchestrated for Ampere by Greaves Electric
Most martech partners hand over the roadmap, build the stack, and leave. That’s when campaigns stall, journeys break, attribution drifts, and personalisation never ships. CRM, CDP, attribution and marketing automation become disconnected systems instead of one growth engine.
We don’t leave.
We work with you end to end, fixing handoffs, unifying systems, architecture, and continuously optimising every layer until performance keeps improving.Every system we build is measured against what matters: conversion, retention and lifetime value.
We don’t just deliver martech for engagement. We build and operate it for revenue.

What We Find in Almost Every Indian Martech Stack
One Customer. Many Stories.
Your CRM sees one customer. Marketing automation sees another. The call centre hears a third. Every platform tells a different story, forcing teams to reconcile reports instead of improving experiences, resulting in fragmented journeys, inconsistent decisions and revenue leaks.
Late Signals. Lost Sales
The cart is abandoned at 10 AM. The CDP knows instantly. The CRM catches up at 4 PM. The offer fires at 8 PM. By then, the customer has already bought elsewhere. Problem isn't data, it's the distance between the signal and the decision.
One Consent. Six Platforms
Consent sits in one place. Activation happens across six. That's not a checkbox problem. It's an architectural failure. And under DPDP, it isn't just a governance issue. It can become a business risk.

Martech FAQs for Indian Marketing and Growth Leaders
What does a modern martech stack include, and why does it matter?
A martech stack is the set of tools that runs your marketing: CRM, CDP, automation, analytics, attribution and consent. ONE CX organises this as six connected capabilities, CRM & Revenue Lifecycle, CDP, Marketing Automation & Lifecycle, Data Analytics, Measurement & Attribution, a DPDP-Defensible Foundation and SEO & GEO Acquisition, unified into one system that switches on what you already pay for. A stack matters when it acts as one system; ours is architected so it has to.
What's the difference between martech strategy, implementation and managed services?
Strategy decides what your stack should do: which journeys, which tools, what gets measured. Implementation makes it work: integration, migration, configuration, testing. Managed services is running it after go-live, which is where most vendors leave. ONE CX contracts all three as one model, Build. Operate. Own. The team that designs the stack implements it, and the pod that implements it stays to run and tune it, measured on the revenue it moves, not the milestones it hits.
What's the difference between a CDP and a CRM, and when do we need each?
A CRM manages known relationships: leads, accounts, sales and service history. A CDP unifies behaviour from every channel into one profile other systems can act on. ONE CX runs them as separate sub-services, CRM & Revenue Lifecycle and CDP, deliberately built on one identity spine, the pattern we operate for SUD Life, where CRM, activation and consent share a single customer record. And if your CRM and warehouse already answer who this customer is, we will tell you a CDP can wait.
How do you integrate or consolidate CRM, CDP and automation without disrupting live campaigns?
In phases, with live campaigns protected. ONE CX maps every journey currently running, stands the new platform or integration up in parallel, migrates audiences and journeys in slices and runs both until the numbers match. Nothing is switched off until its replacement has proven itself in production. We have run these changes inside regulated businesses, where a broken campaign is a compliance event, and the playbook sits inside our Marketing Automation & Lifecycle work.
You mention CDP activation, isn't the CDP a Data Engineering job?
They share the CDP, with different jobs. Data Engineering builds the foundation: pipelines, identity resolution, governance, the clean data the CDP holds. Martech activates it: segments, journeys, campaigns and the moments a customer feels. At ONE CX that handoff is designed, not negotiated: our CDP sub-service starts where the Data Engineering practice's identity spine ends, one architecture, two accountable layers, and neither gets to blame the other.
Where does Martech Solutions end and Personalisation begin?
Martech orchestrates the journey: which message, which channel, what sequence, governed by consent. Personalisation decides what each customer sees inside those moments: which product, content or offer, in real time. Martech is the rails; Personalisation chooses what travels on them. ONE CX runs them as separate practices on one architecture, orchestration here, decisioning in the Personalisation practice, so you can start with either, and they work hardest together.
How can martech support WhatsApp and vernacular customer journeys in India?
For most Indian brands, WhatsApp is now the highest-engagement channel and English is not the customer's first language. A modern Indian stack treats both as first-class: WhatsApp journeys with consent and commerce built in, and content that adapts by language rather than being translated after the fact. ONE CX built exactly this for Ampere, WhatsApp-first journeys for electric-vehicle buyers across India, so the playbook is production-tested, not theoretical.
How does DPDP change marketing automation and personalisation in India?
Under the DPDP Act, consent is specific, withdrawable and auditable. That changes automation at the root: every journey and every personalisation decision must check consent before it fires, not after a complaint. ONE CX builds this as a named capability, the DPDP-Defensible Foundation: one consent state, checked at activation, with an audit trail per send, so legal signs off the system once and marketing keeps its speed. Bolt-on consent is where campaign velocity stalls.
How do you measure the ROI of a martech investment?
Martech ROI has two layers: platform ROI (utilisation, cost per active use case, licences retired) and marketing ROI (incremental revenue with baselines and holdouts, alongside CAC, conversion, retention and lifetime value). ONE CX builds this as the Data Analytics, Measurement & Attribution capability, wired in before campaigns run, so the number reported is what the stack caused, not what it coincided with. It is smaller than the dashboard figure, and it is the one your CFO will accept.
How much does martech implementation cost in India?
It depends on three things: the state of your current stack, whether we are connecting what you own or migrating platforms, and the scope, strategy, implementation or an ongoing pod that runs it. ONE CX starts every engagement with the fixed-price, two-week audit, so you get a number sized to your estate before committing to anything larger, and if the honest answer is that your stack needs switching on rather than replacing, that is what we quote.
How do you choose the right martech partner in India?
Ask four questions. Who operates the stack after go-live, and are they in the room now? Show me an attribution number a CFO accepted. How is consent handled at the architecture level, not per campaign? And what happens to the licences you did not sell me? A partner confident on all four is accountable. ONE CX answers all four in the first meeting, and puts them in the contract.

Stop Reporting Data. Start Engineering Revenue. Your Martech stack should be your most valuable growth asset, not your biggest source of operational friction.
