More Channels Don't Mean Greater Maturity. Revenue is the test
Most Indian enterprises already have the channels: web, app, WhatsApp, Customer care, dealers, and branches. More channels don't fix a broken journey; they create more places for it to break. What they lack is a Connected Journeys™ system that works seamlessly across them.
We audit the revenue-critical journey from discovery and evaluation to purchase, onboarding, and growth to pinpoint exactly where revenue leaks. Customer experience maturity isn't measured by channel count. It's measured by whether your journeys convert, retain, and grow revenue.

OUR CAPABILITIES
"ONE CX was born because we saw Indian enterprises investing millions in digital customer experience while still unable to answer one boardroom question: What business value did it create? They had the tools.
They had the channels. They had the dashboards. But they couldn't attribute customer experience to revenue.
That's why we built ONE CX. We score every digital journey on commercial impact, pinpoint where revenue leaks, and stay accountable until the value is realised."

Four Stages. The Audit Shows Where You Are.
Our audit benchmarks every module against a four-stage maturity model, revealing your current maturity, your biggest gaps, and clear next steps. Most Indian enterprises are at Stage 2.
Where You Land on the Maturity Scale
Stage 1 · Reactive
Journey issues are fixed only after customers experience them. Teams work in silos, data is fragmented, and every improvement is a one-off.
Stage 2 · Managed
Stage 3 · Connected
Stage 4 · Revenue-Led

02
Scored on Revenue, Not Satisfaction
Every gap we find is sized in revenue, what the leak costs and what fixing it is worth, Every gap is measured by its revenue impact, quantifying what the leak costs today and what fixing it is worth tomorrow. So the business sees revenue impact, not a CSAT uplift.

What CX Leaders Ask Before a CX Maturity Audit
Who is this audit designed for?
The audit is designed for enterprises investing in digital customer experience across multiple channels, teams, and platforms. It's most valuable when leadership wants to connect Digital CX investment to measurable business outcomes, not just customer satisfaction.
Is this about our contact centre or customer support?
No. We audit the digital customer journeys that drive revenue, from discovery and evaluation to purchase, onboarding, and growth, along with the data, technology, and operating model behind them. We don't audit contact centre operations or support teams. Where customer support is part of the revenue journey, we assess how that handoff performs. We don't audit the support function itself.
We've already bought the platforms. Why do we need an audit?
Buying a platform isn't the same as connecting and activating it. Most enterprises we audit already have capable technology, but it's underused, a CDP that isn't unifying customer data, a journey platform running batch campaigns, or AI that never reaches the customer experience. The audit shows whether the technology you've already invested in is delivering connected customer experiences, and where the gap between licences and business outcomes is costing you revenue.
How is this different from a CX consultancy or digital transformation assessment?
Traditional assessments tell you what's wrong. A ONE CX™ Maturity Audit measures what those problems are costing in revenue, scores your organisation across customer journeys, data, technology, and operating model, and places you on a four-stage maturity scale. It reveals exactly where your customer experience breaks, how much each gap is costing, and what to fix first. Unlike a traditional consultancy, the same ONE CX™ team that runs the audit builds and operates the solution, turning the assessment into measurable business outcomes—not just recommendations.
Is this just a strategy deck we'll struggle to act on?
No. The team that runs the audit is the team that delivers the fix, so every recommendation is designed to be executed, not left in a presentation. Traditional consultancies diagnose and leave. ONE CX™ diagnoses, builds, operates, and continuously improves the system. The audit is the first step in a Build. Operate. Own. engagement, creating a roadmap the same team is accountable for delivering.
How do you size a CX gap in revenue, not a satisfaction score?
We tie every customer experience gap to a business metric your leadership team already tracks, lost conversions at journey breakpoints, recoverable churn, lifetime value left unrealised, or cost-to-serve created by manual processes. Every revenue estimate is traced back to a specific journey, decision, or operational gap, making the impact measurable, attributable, and accountable. Success is measured against business outcomes such as conversion, revenue, retention, lifetime value, and cost-to-serve, not standalone CX metrics. Satisfaction tells you customers are unhappy. Revenue tells you what that unhappiness is costing your business.
How does DPDP factor into the audit?
Consent and data-handling are scored as part of maturity, not bolted on after. Under the DPDP Act, 2023, with penalties of up to ₹250 crore for a data breach. A programme running on non-consented data isn't mature, it's exposed. We flag where your journey collects or activates data without defensible consent, so the gaps are ones legal can sign off.
How long does the audit take, and will it disrupt our operations?
Two weeks. The assessment runs alongside your existing operations, so your teams continue working as normal while we analyse your customer journeys, data, technology, and operating model. At the end of the audit, you receive a revenue-scored maturity assessment showing where you sit across all three modules, where your customer journeys leak revenue, what each gap is costing, and a prioritised roadmap of what to fix first.
What information do you need from us, and can you work with our internal teams and existing agencies?
Yes. We work alongside your product, engineering, marketing, data, and agency teams, aligning everyone around one customer journey, one revenue metric, and one accountable roadmap. To run the audit, we typically need access to your analytics, customer journeys, key business metrics, and conversations with the teams that own the experience. We work with your existing systems, stakeholders, and partners, minimising disruption and avoiding additional reporting work, and an NDA.
What happens after the audit?
You own the audit and the roadmap, whether you continue with us or not. There is no obligation to proceed. If you do, the audit becomes the delivery plan. We rebuild the highest-value customer journey first, prove its business impact within 90 days, and then extend the Connected Experiences™ system journey by journey. The same team. The same revenue metric. Every quarter.

Find the Revenue Your CX Is Leaking. In two weeks, we'll show you where your customer journeys leak value, what each gap is costing, and the fastest path to measurable business outcomes. No commitment beyond the audit.
